In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SpellEasy offers optional premium features via subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpellEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational outcomes may vary depending on the child's effort and consistency of practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
